Paid all of my current bills and an additional month on a couple.
Paid everything I had in collection.
Working on paying off credit debt.
FEELS SO GOOD!

In other news, I failed the 1hour glucose test.  On to the 3 hour... hooray for 4 blood draws!

My son also started packing a blanket around daycare.  We've named it "Thomas"... oi!

How did I ever become so Old? 

Off to Mom's for about 2 weeks to help her out while she recovers from surgery.

Maternity Clothes? Oh yes!! I need more tops.

Sleep: has been better. but I take what I can get!

Best moment this week: nothing too notable. she seems quite a bit more mellow than her older brother.  Usually only moves for about  20 mins three times a day.  Or anytime I feed her sugar!  

Gender: It's a little GIRL!! eee!

Labor signs: nope!  I think she's stuck until her due date! 

Belly Button in or out?  Innie. 

What I miss: Truthfully, having our own home. 

What I am looking forward to: moving and getting everything set up for her and O. 

Milestones: I'm starting to feel her roll more and I may have felt some hiccups.  We took the 1hr glucose test this morning.. hope we pass! 

O has been sick.

which means neither one of us has slept.
work is going well.  I'm just praying they'll hold my position while I'm on maternity leave.
Found out we have to move by April 1st.  I'm really hoping to find our own apartment by then.  If not we may have to stay with my mom for a month or two.
Filed my taxes.  It kind of makes me love my kid even more.. I feel like it's my own pay check for the past year of motherhood.  ha.. It'll definitely help me get back on track and get about halfway out of debt.  Now with working again (and making a bit more) I hope to keep afloat.
I am so anxious for the next few months.

This Mama...

just scored herself a job!!  I am excited for everything this means for us.  The biggest and most needed is a place to call our own.  Hopefully this will happen before May.  I won't stress too much, if it happens in June that's okay too.. I would just really like to be settled BEFORE the new addition. 
I was rehired with a company I worked for over the summer but at a different facitlity.  The kicker!!  I'll be making $2.75 more an hour.  That actually gives me a chance to get into my own apartment without a roommate, my ideal situation.
I'm a bit sad that O will have to return to daycare.  He'll be going to the same place as when he was an infant, his uncle and aunt attend there as well.  Not too mention the providers wife was my nurse when I delivered O.  Small world!  On the plus side, he LOVES other kids and I'm looking forward to him socializing.  Hopefully getting over his terrible case of separation anxiety.  His baby sister will be going with him in just a few months.
Big changes will be happening around here.

We went to the Park today.

O enjoyed a bit of swing time, followed by circling the playground with a near two year old little boy.  I love how social he is when it comes to other children.

I received a phone call for an interview tomorrow morning!  I'm crossing my fingers and toes.. I need this badly!

Monster Jam 2011!

Was pretty awesome!!  It was O's first time, duh he's only 1.  We were bad and took videos.. I will post one or two!  O was super cute.. when the trucks started up he'd cover his eyes with his hat and then after a few seconds peek out at them.  He didn't seem upset, just startled by the loudness of it all.  Though I do think he peed himself a little each time the trucks would start up.. ha.

Every other weekend.

My son goes on a visit with his father. This is the 2nd time.  I actually took everyone's advice and SLEPT!  12 hours straight, woke up ate some cereal and slept for another 3 hours. It feels amazing!
I got a ton accomplished yesterday.  Dyed my hair - BLACK!  Painted my toes - RED!  Laundry and bedding all washed, the dog even got a bath! I also put in a few applications.  Trying to find a job is proving to be a bit tricky.
I've got 3 hours until pick up time.. I think I'll start a book!

A New Year, A New Blog and A New Baby!

Alright.
I've been out of the blogging loop for about three years.  I miss it greatly.  I have a terrible habit of switching blogs after about a year or so.. Not this time!  This is it.  And with that here comes my first goal of 2011.

• I will post AT LEAST twice a week!!  Photos will be sparse until after we move but I can still write plenty of text. 

I completed all 52 weekly photos of O's 1st year.

• I will write up the rest of the text that goes with each photo.
• All of the photos and text will be printed out.
• Finish the scrapbook for it all.

When the new little one arrives.

• I will begin a 52 week project for her.

As for the rest of this years goals...

• Point & Shoot will reside in my purse.  I will use it in place of cell phone photos!  I want to start capturing more of our daily lives.
• I will cloth diaper my children as often as possible.
• I will continue to take monthly photos of Oliver.
• As soon as it's cleared by doctor, I will begin a workout regime.  My goal is not to just lose weight but to create a healthy lifestyle for myself and children.
• Foot tattoos and 2 piercings this summer.
• Learn and perfect homemade apple pie!
• crochet!!  I want to learn the granny square, dang it! 
• work on getting out of debt and getting my credit score up, up, up!
• SCHOOL!  Even if I enroll for only one class!  It's one step closer to my ultimate goal of RN.

That's a pretty good start!  Last year I only checked off one or two of my goals.  Some of the others made their way over to this year.  (apple pie!!)  These are all obtainable, reachable and I'm gonna get 'em!

Sleep: I have a 10 month old that doesn't sleep thru the night.  'nuff said.

Best moment this week: Baby O's first trip to the pumpkin patch!

Gender: I predict boy, everyone else says girl.  8 weeks 'til u/s

Belly Button in or out?  In! It'll prolly stay that way. 

What I miss: Not feeling like I have a constant hangover.

What I am looking forward to: The big Anatomy Scan!

Milestones: I may have felt the first flutters last night!

Happy Father's Day

The one thing I had always hoped when I had children is that their father would be involved.  Unfortunately, I made a poor decision in who fathered my son and as it stands.  I do not have any photographs of him with his father, just like I do not have any photographs of myself with my father. 

Way to keep up with tradition.
